Aaj ki kahaani its different director was changed story writer wahi hai. So kuch yu hua happen ki my mom went to pay a visit to my chhoti naani. aaagey ki kahani aap sunenge Chinku (my brother) ki zubaani. So ladies and the laidas I present to you Aishwary Mandal urf Chinku urf my little brother. Kahaani ka Title kuch aisa hai wo kya hai kaafi samay se people were asking me to put something VEggie so here it is.
Aloo Cheese Malai (cooked for everyone's bhalai) by Chinku's kalaaii..!
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- Potato (Aloo)
- Garlic- 4-5 Cloves
- Chillies- 3-4
- Butter- 100-150 grams
- 1 Cheese Cube
- Cream (Malai) - 3-4 Tablespoons
- Tomato- 2
- Oregano powder
- A little Coriander
- Salt (Namak-shamak)
Procedure:
- Take 100 grams of butter in the pan...for frying the diced potatoes (Katae hue aloo). Add a little Salt and Stir it for a while.
- Now, add sum chopped garlic and chillies in it. Stir it nicely and put a lid on it and keep it on lower flames.
- Take 2 Tomatoes, cut it in random shapes. Then take the cut tomatoes in your hand and..crush it..!
- After that, take cheese cube n chop it to very small pieces. Now, mash the cheese with a fork (or anything else..!!) n add a tablespoon of Cream to it. Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons more of Cream and a tablespoon of Butter. You have to mash it continuously till the Cream n Cheese mixed perfectly... You can add some milk in the mixture to make it consistent.
- Remember one thing...beech beech mein pan ka lid utha kar dekhte rehna ki Aloo ke kya haal hai...
- Now open the lid and add some Oregano and a little coriander...stir n put the lid again.
- After a few seconds, add the Creamy Mixture in the pan. Add some Salt and Stir it gently n properly. Put the lid on for few minutes.
- Serve Hot...!!!
So my priya ladies and the laidas this was the kahaani from Chinku's zubaani. This proves ki usko bhi aati hai aalooos ki sabji banani. So aap bhi jao ni banao ni aur khao ni. Do leave your comments on how did you like my brother's cooking.
The Aaaloos were "actually" mind blowing!
